OBJECTIVE

Client was a CDMO startup building a greenfield drug production facility with considerations for future expansion. The project was an extremely fast tracked and cost-conscious project and executed as an Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) and Targeted Value Design (TVD) approach. Our team was involved with conducting preliminary engineering/BOD report, and then detailed design and procurement. Javan scope included all process, process mechanical, facilities mechanical/HVAC, process electrical distribution, instrumentation & controls, and automation deliverables. Javan support also included design of lab spaces, preparation of equipment and automation User Requirement Specifications (URS), client design standards and specifications, and CQV documentation. Systems included Single-Use and Bulk Formulation, Bulk and RTU Filling, Packaging/Labelling/Inspection, Formulation/Development and QC Labs, and supporting clean and plant utilities.
